Pathways to Promise is Hope Dealers’ mentorship and support program for youth and families impacted by trauma, incarceration, violence, grief, and systemic barriers.
Through mentorship, counseling, advocacy, and community support, we work to help young people build confidence, emotional resilience, healthy support systems, and hope for the future.
We believe youth should not be defined by their environment, mistakes, or the challenges they’ve faced. Our approach centers healing, accountability, guidance, and second chances.
